My fully clothed Acupressure treatment, help to stimulate the body's circulatory, lymphatic and hormonal systems. My holistic approach to medicine will surely help to heal your mind, body & soul...all from the comfort of your home or work place.
Private Coaching Sessions
In these one-on-one sessions I partner with you, helping you to recognize your own abilities to find the right direction and to address challenges along the way. I love helping individuals discover and embrace the importance of their true identities & living a balanced lifestyle. I believe if you heal the spirit you heal the body. All sessions are tailored to help you expand & transform your life beyond your current situations & circumstances, integrating mind, body, emotions (the mind) & spirit - helping you access your full potential through a holistic/spiritual approach.
Sessions are available in person, over the phone, or via digital technology ( zoom, facetime, webcam, etc)
Reiki
Sickness and stress are indications that the individuals life force energy is low. My Reiki sessions are designed with a purpose to promote relaxations, speed healing process, reduce pain, and generally improve the client's overall wellbeing.
